B. durch Schwingungen oder nachfolgende Gase, welche zunächst das Geschoss überholen. Für diesen Teil der Geschoss- wegung ist die sogenannte Abgangsballistik zuständig. Hat das Geschoss den Einflussbereich der Waffe vollständig verlassen, so folgt es während seines Fluges bis zum Ziel den Gesetzmäßigkeiten der Außenballistik. In dieses Gebiet fällt die Bestimmung des örtlichen und zeitlichen Verlaufs der Flugbahn, der Geschwindigkeit und der Eigenbewegung des Geschosses um s- nen Schwerpunkt, unter Berücksichtigung aller auf das Geschoss einwirkenden Kräfte. Trifft das Geschoss auf ein Objekt auf und dringt in dieses ein, so werden die dabei auftretenden Gesetzmäßigkeiten durch die Endballistik untersucht.
